Q May I request a custom image?
A The images displayed on the site are currently the only images
available. New images will be added periodically. If you would like to make a suggestion,
please contact us.
Q May I have half my order as "Jane" and the other half as
"John"?
A Unfortunately, no. Prices apply to multiple copies of a single design.
Q Are your cards made with micro-perforated card stock?
A No. Our cards are printed on 110lb card stock (thicker than
most micro-perforated card stock) and then professionally scored and trimmed.
Q Would this be a good gift idea for a new baby?
A New parents love to receive stationery personalized with their new
baby's name! (So many thank you notes to write on behalf of their new bundle of joy!)
Q May I pay with a credit card?
A Nightshade Creations™ accepts electronic
payment from PayPal account holders. We are happy to
accept payment from credit and debit cards via PayPal. There are no fees associated with
creating or using a PayPal account and all transactions are processed by PayPal's secure
technology.

Q What is your refund policy?
A Due to the highly personalized nature of the personalized cards,
we are unable to entertain refunds. We encourage you to thoroughly review your
proofs prior to accepting them.
Q What do the paper weight measurements mean?
A Paper weight is a measurement of the thickness of the paper.
The heavier the metric measurement, the thicker the paper. (The English method
of paper weight may be more familiar to you, however, the weight in pounds does not
proportionally represent the paper thickness across different types of paper.)
