Within one business day you will receive a PayPal Invoice. Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an estimate of when you can expect to view an electronic proof of your design. Proofs are typically available within a week of purchase. "Pre-purchase" proofs are not available.

Upon acceptance of the proof we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Orders are generally shipped within a week of acceptance of the proof. (Please note that orders including business cards or memo pads will ship when the entire order is complete.)

When you combine your personalized stationery order with your business card, greeting card or memo pad orders, you pay a single shipping fee.
